- search is completely broken - crashes the app - frequently one safe crashes but leaves the passwords accessible through the tool bar widget that stys open and fails to lock - the tool bar frequently becomes unresponsive.

Though this feature is listed in the description, in fact decoy safe option is not available! Please, fix it asap. Update: Still no decoy safe option!!!

I purchased this app mainly for the syncing capabilities. Lots of good templates and secure login options. Worth it

Installation results in error message: "RootUserDocument" couldnt be removed. Overall requires too many steps to generate a password for each website login, which discourages from use and thus undermines the very purpose of the app. Going back to the competition: 1password may be more expensive but is a lot easier to use in the long run.

THE GOOD Excellent synchronization between mobile and desktop apps using iCloud and Dropbox. Appears stable. Has ability to store images and documents - nice bonus. Rather easy to use. Right price for the value. THE BAD User is forced to use a "credit-card” like data entry with very cheap and bright yellow looking note field. This makes the app look a bit outdated compared to the minimalistic and toned down look-and-feel that Apple products are going for these days. But since fixing GUI is easy, maybe version 2.0 will look closer to the trends. Also, would like to see better options for password generation (e.g. pronounceable or based on a pattern). No intergration with browsers.

Sync with dropbox crashes a lot, luckily don’t seem to lose data. I like the program but needs polishing and to be more stable.

I chosed to buy this app because it provides many ways to safely store critical informations, such banking and logins and passwords. However, the UI should allow to display content in other format than credit card size. It is ridiculous to be forced to use the “credit-card” format, unlike other password managers (vs 1Password and Dashlane). I’m looking forward to see a new feature to allow to store properly all kind of information other than “credit-card” format. Or I’ll go for 1Password which has a more user-friendly UI, but with lack of 2nd level of password protection. I hope DariusPoko is right that 2.0 will change.

Switched to it from 1password after they had offered to purchase ‘new version’ of the same app for keeping Dropbox sync option. Then I tried this one and loved it. The app is a really great alternative, the same features and more (TRI-PIN password, more templates, iCloud sync, fancier design) without saying it is cheaper.

Ever since I updated this app on my 13’ Retina Pro with El Capitan it has been very laggy. Sometimes it takes 2 minutes for the password screen to quit lagging and allow me into the program. Please contact me if there’s a fix because I can’t seem to contact you as contact is greyed out in the help menu…dissapointed.

Everything doesn’t work anymore. Everything is extremely slow !!

Ever since the latest update for El Capitan using this app is mostly about watching the spinning beach ball of death. Up until then it’s been mostly a good app. It had trouble syncing my iCloud account (I think because my account goes back to the days of mac.com) so I used dropbox instead.

Its the best app got even better. It takes my macbook securing passwords. Security features are outstanding and well thought out. It helps me keep my sanity. Its very easy to use. Great job guys!! Highly recommended.

Probably the best. Simple. Clear. Fast. And DESIGN. Almost as good as Apple.

Синхронизация не работает. При Dropbox - вылетает. При Cloud Kit - вылетает. При iCloud - не вылетает, но и не синхронизирует. Восстанавливаю из бэкапа - не отправляет в облако изменения. Интерфейс - унылое г.но. Guys, your application fully lost the sync ability. It does not work at all. Absolutely. I am sooooo disappointed. You buried the great application. Your new interface is total sh…t.

Sync fine with DropBox but not with iCloud: tried everything but the sync symbol remains there even if I force synchronisation. Contacted support by twitter but no answer received in two days… using DropBox for the moment but I’m not very happy with this issue.

Version 1.5.0 with OSX 10.9.5 crashes on boot. App is unusable. Tried to reinstall and got same result
