Buggy at best and support often takes weeks.

This lateset update has rendered the software useless. Not able to update any entries and it crashes regularly.
I tried to use this software, but it has always failed me. The lastest update causes the progrma to crash everytime I open it. When it is open and I attempt to copy and paste my password it often hangs and crashes and when I paste my password its incorrect. Really hard to find anything to like about this software. I’ve contacted support via their support tab, their facebook page and by emailing. I always wait at least 72-96 hours before I get a response. Don’t waste your time on this software. It doesn’t work properly and the devleopers just don’t care.
