Upgrade to V2.1.2 Working Well
I was having some of the issues others reported in terms of oneSafe crashing on my iMac either upon sign-in or while I was working in the app. At the same time I have had no issues accessing oneSafe on my iPhone. Olivier/OneSafe Support were fantastic in providing the coaching I requested to safely uninstall and then reinstall oneSafe. In the process I also upgraded to V2.1.2 which may have also provided greater stability. In terms of the uninstall/reinstall I created two back-ups - one of my iMac oneSafe data and also backed-up the same data via my iPhone to iTunes. The upgrade to V2.1.2 was quick as was my recovery of the iMac based back-up data. Very happy to say that I have been up and running error free once again. Thank you oneSafe!
