Good idea, lacks execution

I’ve used this app for a long time. I really like the core functionality, it’s well designed and works. I never use the browser plugins, but I love how you can securely copy-paste passwords in public places.

But the synchronization features have gone down the drain like rock. I have multiple Macs and keeping 100s of passwords synced between them is crucial in my workflow. It all was great until the iCloud interface had to be updated. Then I ended up with duplicates, and stuff that doesn’t sync. And now it’s a wholy mess that will take an hour or more to clean up.

May have to find a new solution.

Still the same situation. Everytime the app updates, synchronization becomes a major issue. Had to completely rebuild everything after my three devices had become disconnected after the last update. Now most things are back, but I can’t get the double protection category to re-sync with my iPhone. Help documentation is out of date with current software.

They should stop making this fancier and instead make it work solid. After all it’s a password application. It just has to work. Doens’t have to be fancy.
