Great Idea, Best App, but lacks support

It’s a great app, best in class, in all respect: beautiful graphics, easy GUI, extra security, easily shared among all devices. I’m using it on my iPhone, an iPad, and my macBookPro since 2013. Can’t live without it.
Still, the updates are not properly checked for bugs, and in the recent updates for iOS and OSX there are plenty FATAL ERROR.
Is not pleasant to see all your data unavailable for weeks because OneSafe crashes and you’re helpless!
The worst part is the Customer Support: only an answering robot and then a guy unable to fix your problem.
Excellent idea + bad support = BAD APP
