App won’t open

The problem with trusting one app with all your passwords is when that app crashes, all your passwords go with it. OneSafe crashed two weeks ago after the last software update that was purported to improve stability (ha!). Every time I type in my password to open the app, it just crashes. I cannot open it. All my passwords are locked inside. Help desk responded with one unhelpful email, and has ignored me ever since. Don’t use this app. It is unreliable, and if there is anything you need is a password app, it’s reliability. Going to search for a better app now.
