USELESS
The latest version (2.0.4) has rendered OneSafe COMPLETELY USELESS, and has effectively locked me out of ALL MY PASSWORDS by crashing on startup every time, without exception. I cannot get a fix from their support department. Only one Lunabee support person, Olivier, reponded to my desperate reply SIX DAYS after my initial contact. He gave an answer which was no help whatsoever. I imagine Lunabee is so inandated with user’s cries for help, they simply cannot keep up and must be (hopefully) trying to come out with an update to fix this problem, that they simply don’t respond. But, really, is this any way to run a company? Come on guys, how about posting something to let us know how long it will be before the problem is fixed?!!! I guess before too long I will be deleting OneSafe and searching for a replacement app. Any suggestions, anyone?
