Mixed Feelings - leading to very frustrated
First of all let me say that I use to truly love using the OneSafe APP on my MAC before the upgrade to Yosemite and iOS 8. On Dec 15th when the company updated the iOS app, all the Syncing options wiped the information from my iPhone and iPad. I know it use to work in Yosemite and iOS 8 before the 1.5.1 update. Emma at OneSafe initially said that it would be fixed in a couple of days. When I checked back nothing has been changed and the fix has not been updated. Yes it’s only been four days; however, this app is a “key” to my many passwords and I have to keep going back to my computer and looking them up. Since I they haven’t updated the App I’m investigating into another security application.

Very dissatisfied with the version 2.0.301, I’ve had to completely uninstall it on my computer then reinstall it. Finally when I backed up the files it initially didn’t have any backed up files on iCloud Kit. Luckily I did an Export back-up file and had to use that. The password has locked my wife out of her user identity twice now and no simple solution through their tech support. I do not recommend buy this APP as it is not fully compatible with the APP on a MAC and iPhone. It only seems to “sync” with iPhone and iPad, not as advertised as one complete solution.
