CONSTANT CRASHING

I’ve been using OneSafe for a couple of years (I think) on both my macBook and iPad. The iPad still functions … but the version (2.0.3 now) on my MacBook constantly crashes within a few seconds after entering the password. I’ve had a lengthy correspondence with OneSafe/Lunabee without no satisfaction … they kept saying that the new version would cure the problem - that was 2.0.3 which I installed, and it didn’t … still got the problem. I’ve given up on Lunabee. If anyone out there has any advice, I’d be grateful to hear from you. I had gotten dependent on the program, spending a lot of time transferring data, etc, etc … I’m sure you know!
