Mac App won’t sync.
Revised review 12/13/15: Since the new update the app fails to sync with iPad/iPod Touch (which do sync with each other via iCloud). Mac app crashes when I try to open preferences to see what the sync settings are. They did fix whatever was causing crashes when I tried to revise cards. 3 messages to Lunabee customer service over about 2 weeks I have gotten NO RESPONSE. They could at least say they know there is a problem and they are working on it.
I am using Onesafe on my Macbook Air, my iPad and my iPod Touch, syncing through iCloud Drive. I haven’t had any problems syncing. When I wanted to switch from Dropbox to iCloud Drive customer service was helpful in making sure the process went smoothly. I like the variety of cards faces that are available and being able to schedule automatic backups to my computer. It’s a great app for storing password and information that I want to keep secure.
